Let's keep healthcare human.
ABOUT US
I'm so glad you are here.
My name is Dr. Judy Hsu, and I am the founder and medical director of Myrostar Health.
Over the years of working as a family physician, I have heard many complaints from patients about how the healthcare system is broken. From poor appointment access to fragmented care, one thing is abundantly clear: many people are not getting their needs met with the current system that we have.
Myrostar Health was born as a response to this growing dissatisfaction. When I first entered medicine, I never thought about opening and running my own clinic. However, after years of practicing in big institutions on the frontline witnessing all the problems firsthand, I came to realize that a different model of care is needed. It was an opportunity for me to step up and create something that is an alternative to corporate medicine. In essence, I'm taking all the feedback I have heard from patients over the years and implementing them in this new clinic. As a patient here, you can expect a different experience in your medical care - one that is rooted in respect, kindness and patience. My goal is to foster a strong therapeutic relationship with you, one conversation at a time.
Direct Primary Care is likely a new concept of care to many of you. I hope the FAQ section will answer most of your questions. If not, please don't hesitate to reach out! I can't wait to show you what good primary care can do for you and your family.
With gratitude,
Judy Hsu, DO, DipABLM

![🚫🧠 Myth busted: Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not cause autism. Correlation isn’t causation — and the best evidence says these claims are unfounded.
📚 A massive Swedish cohort study (2.48 million births) found no link to autism when comparing siblings (HR = 0.98) — meaning confounding factors likely explain earlier associations. [Ahlqvist et al., JAMA, 2024]
🧪 A systematic review of 46 prenatal-acetaminophen studies found only modest associations — but authors warned “association is not causation.”
🏥 Major medical authorities — including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists — still endorse Tylenol (in the lowest effective dose, for shortest time) for treating pain and fever during pregnancy.
🌍 The World Health Organization states: “no conclusive scientific evidence confirming a possible link between autism and acetaminophen use during pregnancy.”
🔍 Bottom line: It’s scientifically misleading to claim Tylenol “causes” autism. What matters is guarding against misinformation — and letting families make decisions grounded in real data and medical guidance.
